Simultaneously, a young boy was lost their life in a distinct assault in the Zaporizhzhia area in the southern area, according to local officials.
Russian forces has intensified attacks on electrical systems over recent weeks, while officials has called for "concrete actions" from partner nations to apply pressure on Moscow.
"What is required is not window dressing but firm measures - from the America, Europe and the G7 - in providing air defence systems and applying sanctions," was stated in a online statement.
He said that numerous aerial vehicles and over thirty missiles attacked the country's power systems, characterizing such attacks as "cynical and calculated" and against "critical infrastructure" as the weather cools.
Government representatives said Russia was "launching a major assault" and maintenance teams were laboring to fix the damage.
